Following are a few tips to help our appointment run smoothly.

Baby Photo

If you have one, please bring your favorite and most recent 5x7 inch photo (no border) in the correct orientation for your frame (portrait or landscape). If you don't have one yet, you can hand-deliver or post one to us at a later date. We can professionally print your photo for you for an additional $10.

Decorative Birth Certificate/Baby Announcement or Wall Art

If you have chose to frame your certificate or add it to your Ultimate Memorabilia Frame, please bring it with you, it doesn't need to be flattened. Please check all details are correct on the certificate.

Baby Preparation

Please dress baby in clothes which are easy to pull the sleeves to the elbows and pants to the knees. A feed before you come or on arrival will help with settling.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You signed the baby details form online confirming your child’s details for the plaques to be correct.

To change details eg:frame style, design, sculpture colour, matt colour or plaque details, contact your sculpture expert ASAP. 

We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, if work has already commenced some changes may incur an extra fee.

All completed products remain the property of Tuesday’s Child Baby Sculptures until full payment has been received. 

Any extra sculptures will remain the property of Tuesday’s Child Baby Sculptures. We reserve the right to make use of any unpaid for, unclaimed or excess products for displays or other purposes. You can purchase extra sculptures at an agreed price.

Your child’s sculptures are individual, occasionally we may need to alter the frame layout, we will endeavor to consult you if this occurs.

If an order is cancelled after the sculpture appointment, Tuesday’s Child Baby Sculptures reserves the right to retain 75% of the original order value agreed at the appointment. The sculptures will be available for client collection in the current state of completion at the date of cancellation. 

"In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs".
